在曼彻斯特，虽然许多涌现于上世纪90年代的标志性俱乐部早已关闭，但仍有数不胜数的 techno 爱好者前往这座北方重镇一睹其独特的风采。而望眼曼彻斯特近两年冉冉升起的新星，来自利物浦的 Faster Horses 则是不容忽视的名字之一。

Faster Horses 着迷于融合空灵旋律与合成器的迷幻之美，试图为舞池提供愉悦而振奋的恍惚体验。自 2021 年与 Repro 等杰出艺术家共同为新锐 techno 厂牌 Seikan 的《SK002》贡献作品后，Faster Horses 的名字迅速在欧洲各地蔓延，并获得了在柏林 Ismus 的首场演出。

Faster Horses 的 DJ set 则基于共同的愿景，但注入了更多样化的形态，无论是 Space Trax 的 trance 之夜还是 Teletech 的 hard techno 派对，他都能游刃有余地穿梭其中。除此之外， Faster Horses 还登上 Rote Sonne、Fold、Ved Siden Af 和 Anomalie 等数个知名俱乐部与音乐节的舞台，其独特的个人风格正使他稳步迈向英国 techno 场景的前沿。

短短几年，Faster Horses 的作品已然出现在 AKRONYM、RAW、Euromantic、BCCO 等各个知名厂牌的名册中，其中《You're in My System (Sport Mix)》一经释出便获得热烈回响，快速简约而又恰如其分的人声与节奏融合成他代表性的欢快之景。

本周末，Faster Horses 将跟随我们的系列派对「Cybionte 有机共生」在 POTENT（9月28日）与 Loopy（9月29日）呈现松弛亦生猛的两个夜晚。关于舞池与人群的共生、音乐与能量的共存，Faster Horses 将用其代表性的音乐叙事给出完美的解答。

Hailing from Liverpool but permanently based in Manchester, Faster Horses is an up and coming producer pushing a unique fusion of ethereal, trance tinged techno. Appearing seemingly out of nowhere with the first vinyl release of Seikan among immensely respected artists such as Vixen and Repro, he quickly began his career with a slew of releases and appearances around Europe, beginning with his debut gig in Berlin for Ismus.

His sound focuses around a unique contrast of driving techno drums layered beneath peaceful, dreamlike synths and motifs, designed to put the listener in an energetic trance. His DJ sets follow a similar vision but with a more varied approach, meaning that Faster Horses has had the capacity to play a wide range of parties, from trance nights such as Space Trax to hard techno focused parties such as Teletech, even making a recent appearance at the revered Unfold. In his short career he has already ticked off many ‘bucket list’ clubs, such as Rote Sonne, Fold, Den Anden Side, Gotec Club and Radion.

人在上海，家在西安，俱乐部里的老实人，放歌也有点不计后果，经常台上站着不动、默不作声，台下人去池空。他的口味很杂，时而骚情烂漫、时而硬汉铁科诺、一些南美律动和巧妙碎拍也是他的心头好，并尝试如何将不同风格混为一谈。

来自上海高桥的高桥是一名 techno DJ / producer。早期虽然以 hip-hop 制作人的身份参与制作并发行了较多说唱歌曲，但最终把精神投向了人声更少/更容易跳舞的音乐方向。现在作为 POTENT 的小厅 techno 常驻，每周在深受不同舞池能量熏陶的同时已经将自己的 DJ 水平发展到了另一种高度。

From GaoQiao, SHANGHAI, 高桥 was a techno DJ / producer. In the early days, although he participated in the production as a hip-hop producer and released rap songs, he finally devoted his spirit to the music direction that is less loud / easier to dance. Now, as the resident DJ of techno hall of Shanghai POTENT club, he has great break through while being influenced by the energy of different dance floors every week.

看不见肌肉的“肌肉”李，DJ MESUCLE LEE 来自武汉。成长在一个热爱音乐的家庭，使得他很早就有机会接触到世界前沿的 hip-hop, New jack swing, Funk, Disco 等音乐文化，并逐渐爱上了这些音乐。2015年，毕业于音乐学院的他，在武汉开始了自己的DJ生涯。不久之后，这个音乐风格多变，以 Hip-Hop/Funk/Disco 为主的 DJ 开始逐渐为人所知，并开始被邀请到音乐节和各类 CLUB 进行演出。

频繁的演出和露面使得他收到了许多邀请，最终他选择加入武汉V2CLUB，成为这家独树一帜标杆俱乐部的 RESIDENT DJ。在朋友的邀请和引荐下，MUSCLE LEE 开始活跃在上海的各类音乐场景中。之后，他去到了 NINJA SHANGHAI，成为这家 HIP HOP 爱好者最喜爱俱乐部的一员，也在此期间积累了与国内外著名 DJ 及制作人团队等明星艺人合作的经历。

MUSCLE LEE 对于不同风格音乐的理解，使得他的 DJ 演奏风格从不拘泥于某种特定的曲风和类别；大胆的音乐采样和独特的现场呈现方式，和他游刃有余的表演，总是使得台下的听众感到惊喜并为之疯狂。MUSCLE LEE 的名号已经开始日渐耳熟能详，他渴望在这个浪潮下开拓出新的文化和道路，并致力使现有的音乐能衍生出更多内核。

DJ JOBO aka Jobert Montana 来自于中国上海，也是上海最资深和极具经验的一线 DJ。年幼时深受美国东岸和西岸音乐的影响，以及对 Scratch 的强烈兴趣，开始了漫漫 DJ 之路。参加过两届 DMC 的比赛的他结识了很多圈内朋友，开始了他的 DJ 生涯，从最早在上海 OG Hip Hop Club Bonbon 的演出过程中快速积累经验，增强加深音乐之路的造诣。

在多年间与各大著名国际 hip-hop DJ 的合作使得他迅速成为一名可以轻车熟路驾驭各种风格的 DJ，无论是 hip-hop, house 还是 mashup 都不在话下。后期加入 Hollywood SH，以及 Lola SH 后，对于他在曲风把握和现场掌控能力上都更增进了一个台阶。

来自上海，Kevin Shao 又名 Fat-K，驻扎于POTENT及 ENDTRO Studio 的联合创始人。最初专注于 old-school hip-hop 的即兴节拍，而长达十余年的磨练使他从懵懂的野生状态演变为更为鲜活的多元表达。Fat-K 善用节奏与氛围完成独具辨识度的叙事，亦能在追新猎奇的过程中融入旧学派的经典音色——80s pop, disco, 源自上世纪末的 hip-hop 旋律都是他的心头之好。

伴随不断拓宽的音景，颇具前瞻性的视野，Fat-K 先后与 Red Bull 3 Style 冠军 Shintaro & Eskei83、DMC 传奇人物 DJ Brace，Shortkut 及 Yuto 同台演出，如今的他正成为本土场景中不可或缺的音乐人之一。

Shanghai born DJ Fat K, aka Kevin Shao is one of Shanghai’s most sort after mix-master. With over a decade at the forefront of China’s club scene, Fat-K’s success as a versatile hip hop DJ / selector has seen him forged his own individual path as the head resident of Potent & a co-founder of ENDTRO Studio, winning the respect of industry peers, club owners & legion of fans along the way.

His improvisational music instinct, has over the years led him to sculpt and evolve into his individual unique style, perfecting between the realms of old school hip hop, disco and classic 80’s melodies. With a constantly expanding soundscape and his forwarding thinking vision, Fat K has supported alongside Red Bull 3 Styles champions Shintaro & Eskei83, DMC legends, DJ Brace, Shortkut and Yuto, thus making him one of todays most indispensable DJ’s in Shanghai’s local DJ community.
