“荷兰小孩假期日常不是听歌，就是在制作音乐”用这句话来形容Frontliner一点不假。出身在“世界百大DJ故乡”荷兰，原名Barry Drooger的他从11岁就已经受到了电音的启蒙，并开始尝试制作自己的Mixtape。与大部分DJ选择的House风格不同，Hardstyle足够强劲的Bass与鼓点，从一开始就俘获了Barry的耳朵与喜好，并将成为贯穿他整个DJ生涯的主旋律。

"Dutch kids listen to music or produce music when it’s holiday." It's true to describe Frontliner. Born in the "hometown of TOP 100 DJs", Barry Drooger, has been enlightened by electronic music since 11, and began to try to make his own Mixtape. Unlike House music, Hardstyle's strong Bass and drums have captured Barry's ears and become the main rhythm throughout his DJ career.

Hardstyle最“前线”

从梦想到实现，Barry仅用了十年。

06年携手Headhunterz共同创作的”Scantraxx Rootz”和”End of My Existence”一经推出便一炮而红，他得以签约电音之父The Prophet创建的厂牌Scantraxx。08-12年，更多Hardstyle热曲的发行，Qontrol,Q-Dance等电音节的主题曲制作邀约，更名为Frontliner的他也成功杀入Top100DJs的行列，历史最高排名#37。

From dream to reality, Barry only took ten years.

在电音界声名大噪，代表作”Symbols”多次被评为硬舞最佳代表曲目，Frontliner从未因此降低对自己的高要求。始终对音乐制作保持着极大热情的他，至今已经创作出超过100首的迪斯科舞曲。平均BPM超过200，不断进化的硬派曲风，Frontliner也成功地将自己的名字写进了维基百科Hardstyle专栏。就如同名字所蕴含的野心一样，他一直站在Hardstyle的最“前线”。

In the electronic music field, he has become famous and "Symbols" has been rated as the best representative of hard dance. Frontliner has never made it lightly . He has always maintained a great passion for music production, and has composed more than 100 disco songs. The average BPM over 200, Frontliner also successfully wrote his name into the Wikipedia Hardstyle column. Just like the ambition implied in the name, he has been standing at the forefront of Hardstyle.

“刚柔并济”是他的代名词

古典乐的优美旋律，强劲的重音鼓点，在他的音乐中得到了完美的融合，这也是Frontliner AKA“The Melody Man”的由来。以小提琴或钢琴声源采样作为前奏，随着Bass鼓点不断加速，音乐间隙不断缩短，终于所有积累的情绪在副歌处引爆，Frontliner凭借对多种曲风和旋律的超强掌控力，数度让全场Raver陷入狂欢的热潮中。
